As I sit in the early morning, I take a few deep breath‘s and settle my body. My breath begins to slow naturally and I allow my mind to quiet. The quieter my mind and my body become the more I sense my heart beating it’s steady rhythm. I begin to focus my breath deep into my heart. Allowing thoughts, feelings, emotions, to come forward to be observed and acknowledged and released. I begin to breathe the intention of my upcoming day into my heart, into my very being.
