When you are faced with a hard decision try this. Find a quiet place to sit or lie down. Put your hands over your heart. Take a deep breath into the space of your heart where your hands lie. Release this breath with gentleness. Repeat for a few breaths while doing your best to empty your mind (perfection not necessary!) When you begin to feel calmer ask your heart what the answer is, in the quiet breaths listen for the answer. You may get an image, a thought or maybe just a ‘feeling’ that you know. Pay attention to the signs and and the answer will come. Your heart always knows.
